In her role as Director of Operations, Sarah is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Tom Postilio & Mickey Conlon Team. Dedicated to offering exemplary service to the team’s clientele around the globe, Sarah guides the partners and sales associates in their daily responsibilities, ensuring that every detail on every pending transaction is expertly handled. Sarah also manages the marketing, collateral, outside vendor relationships, and support staff for the team.
Sarah brings to the industry a fresh perspective due to her diverse background in entertainment and media marketing. Prior to working at Douglas Elliman, Sarah worked at NBC Universal, Sony Pictures Television and Omnicom Media Group. Eventually, her love of design, architecture and the great city of New York led her to pursue her true passion in the real estate business.
Sarah is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College with a BA in Government. She currently resides on the Upper West Side and in her free time enjoys going to the movies, trying new restaurants and taking advantage of her close proximity to Central Park.

An avid connoisseur of style, fashion, and architecture, Eric has 20 years of experience making his clients’ dreams come true. He is the Founder and CEO of Kentucky Gold Styling in New York City, and has had a long love affair with all things beautiful. From lavish gowns to luxury homes, he has one simple goal when working with a client and that is to exceed their expectations. He contributes his success to having great listening skills, innate creativity and a relentless work ethic. His entry into real estate happened in part due to searching for his own country home north of New York City. During the process his passion for architecture and interior design was ignited and as they say, the rest is history.
Eric grew up in Kentucky where he spent most of his time in the great outdoors riding horses, hiking the Appalachian Mountains and gardening. Although he left Kentucky many years ago he still enjoys spending as much time as possible in nature. Another great passion is traveling the world to explore new cities and beaches.
In 2012, Eric met his husband and moved from Washington DC to New York City. He currently resides in Midtown Manhattan and Dutchess County, New York. He’s an ardent supporter of the arts, live theater, and a proud patron of the New York Pops at Carnegie Hall.

After a successful career as a corporate executive at top finance and technology companies, including PayPal, Goldman Sachs, and American Express, Clara entered the real estate brokerage business.
Clara believes long term success comes from integrity and mutual respect for all parties involved. Her warm and personable demeanor, combined with her financial acumen and marketing skills, help her to expertly represent clients on both the buy and sell side of a transaction.
Her extensive experience living abroad and in a number of US cities helps her to understand the unique needs of both international clients as well as native New Yorkers. In addition, as a parent raising two kids in Manhattan, she has an intimate knowledge of the incredible educational opportunities available to families with children ranging from pre-school age to college-bound.
Clara truly appreciates the diverse culinary and arts scene that NYC offers. Her passion for food and travel led her to obtain a degree in French Cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She often brings neighbors and friends together to share her love of food and wine. Clara is an active supporter of non-profits dedicated to serving women and children.
She earned an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a BA in Business-Economics from UCLA, and she is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
